About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a specific geographic region. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share;
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals;
  3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals;
  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on results;
  5. Industry Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and product knowledge to drive sales success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the equipment rental industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools;
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 50% of the time).
