Dynamic Territory Development Manager

As a key member of the Lighthouse Learning Group, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance the presence of EuroKids Preschools in assigned territories through strategic new channel appointments and operationalization of partner centers.
- Achieve high-quality sign-ups by aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team and proactively identifying new leads to convert them through high-quality sales pitches.
- Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, meeting revenue targets, following excellence in transition processes, guiding prospective partners to identify suitable properties, ensuring timely collection of franchise fees, and providing necessary resources to get them fit-out ready within timelines.
- Run pre-launch marketing initiatives to generate business by coordinating with marketing teams, ensuring visibility, and generating inquiries.
- Complete sales administration and compliance tasks by managing lead management systems, meeting market visit norms, ensuring daily visit reports, validating KYC documents, and submitting them to HO for sign-off.
- MBA or Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making.
₹40-60 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards and the required skills and qualifications for this role.
