Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Jio Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit level, ensuring the right manpower availability as per the scope, and providing necessary on-the-job training and performance coaching.

You will achieve sales targets for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and individual levels, drive sales through other channels like general trade and sales partners, conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement, acquire building and society permissions for the assigned unit/territory, maintain desired Customer Satisfaction Index levels, and build relations with local authorities and handle unforeseen situations and escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
