About the RoleThe Sales Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales within their defined territory. This includes overseeing sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets and expanding business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Territory Management: Identify and prioritize high-value customers, partners, and prospects to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful sales execution and high-quality customer relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a related industry, preferably in medical device sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Sales Territory Manager at ZimVie US Corp LLC, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
