**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team at IDFC First Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business through different channels and administering a team of executives to expand business in their respective localities/branches.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
  • Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
  • Developing extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends
  • Identifying changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service
  • Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
  • Mentoring and coaching senior team members to percolate the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity
  • Creating an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically
  • Attracting and retaining best-in-class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets

**Requirements:

  • MBA in a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales

**Salary:** ₹20-30 lakhs per annum (estimated)
