Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Taggd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the territory, aligning with the business objectives of the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the channel partner network and implementing distribution objectives to drive reach and penetration across the territory.
  • Increasing the number of FS outlets, maintaining high service levels, driving usability and range selling of assigned categories of products, and ensuring commercial hygiene in the territory.
  • Preparing market execution plans and submitting weekly reports.
  • Providing ground-level inputs for promotions, local activations, and demand forecasting exercises.
  • Demand forecasting by analyzing primary and secondary sales data to identify gaps in the business and providing insights to the Area Sales Manager about the territory.

You will also be responsible for timely reviews and communication with distributors to maintain timely supplies, real-time follow-ups with DBs for stock conversion and delivery, and coordination with the Finance team for pricing issues, accounts settlement, and claims management.

To succeed in this role, you should have a graduate or post-graduate degree and 2-8 years of prior work experience in a consumer goods sales environment in a frontline sales role.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
