Sales and Service Territory Lead

About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DSP Eminence Consulting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in their assigned territory by developing new customers, increasing sales revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by developing new customers and expanding existing ones;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals;
- Collaborate with the service team to provide excellent customer service and support;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and product knowledge to drive sales success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the equipment rental industry;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools;
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 50% of the time).
