Territory Sales Growth Manager

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the candidate's level of experience.
Job DescriptionThis role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the sales strategy for Livspace across a designated territory. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Meet regularly with sales teams to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in any field and a minimum of 15 years of academic education.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development and growth, with a focus on B2C sales.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
