Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at SUN PHARMA. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our branded product portfolio in your assigned territory.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consumer product distribution channels and market trends. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and execute plans to promote future sales growth of our branded products portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for direct contact with customers, including key industry buyers, to increase sales and manage all aspects of customer relationships while meeting reporting, budgeting, and forecasting requirements for assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and expand our branded product portfolio in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute plans to promote future sales growth of our branded products portfolio, working closely with marketing and operations teams.
  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including direct contact with customers and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.
  • Analyze marketplace and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor account/product sales to ensure inventory is sold through before it becomes short dated.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 4-6 years with OTC Branded Sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of consumer product distribution channels and all classes of trade (mass merchandisers, drug chains, food stores, wholesalers and distributors).
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently and in concert with Sales Support.
  • Forecasting capability and computer literacy.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 days per week.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
