Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Sales & Profit, you will drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, technology demos, account-based marketing, running simulations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate client needs, converting them into enterprise contracts to meet sales quotas/targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to deliver solutions according to client needs.
  • Analyze latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and track competitors' activities to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-18 years of B2B sales experience.
  • 4+ years of SAAS or tech sales experience.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to provide client service.
  • Experience in catering to large enterprises across domestic or international geographies.
  • Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management.

Estimated Salary: ₹20-40 LPA based on location and experience.

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) - A work-from-office opportunity.
