About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our team at Strategic Resources. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive sales plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Performance Management:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Identify areas for optimization and implement process improvements to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
    • Communicate sales performance and strategy updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales strategy and management, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
