We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management: Coordinate with the sales team to align on daily goals and strategies, oversee and ensure timely daily reporting of sales activities and progress.
  • Sales Targeting and Analysis: Set and monitor sales targets for team members, conduct detailed analysis of sales performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit high-performing and energetic sales professionals, provide continuous training and skill development to enhance team productivity.
  • Customer-Centric Strategies: Develop customer-focused strategies aligned with company objectives, build personal rapport with top-10 customers through regular quarterly visits.
  • Sales Forecasting and Problem-Solving: Prepare detailed sales forecasts and develop plans to meet or exceed them, address and resolve issues impacting sales performance effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse sales team
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed sales forecasts and performance reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Min - 5 years of experience in leadership role
  • In total 7 years + roles in sales

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
