About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Regional Sales Director at MyEcoTour located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies and targets, foster relationships with clients, and drive sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or real estate sector. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
