Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-wide revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Pricing and contracting: Determine optimal product pricing and contract terms based on market data and customer needs.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, meetings, and site visits.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of Rs. 1,200,000 - 1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and performance-based bonuses.
