Sales Director for Garment Machinery

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company-wide revenue targets.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Pricing and contracting: Determine optimal product pricing and contract terms based on market data and customer needs.
- Sales Team Management: Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, meetings, and site visits.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of Rs. 1,200,000 - 1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and performance-based bonuses.
