Job Summary: The Sr. International Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and identifying new market opportunities.

Estimated Salary: ₹200 lac - ₹400 lac per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including new geographical regions and industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversight of sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing or instrumentation industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving sales targets.
