Job Description

Befree Business Resourcing LLP seeks a highly skilled Director of International Sales and Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals with C-level executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

As an experienced sales professional, you will have at least 3-5 years of experience in selling F&A solutions, preferably in the KPO/BPO/ITES industry. You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong network of contacts and relationships in the F&A domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with decision makers to introduce Befree service offerings and identify areas of opportunity
  • Negotiate prices and close new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing contracts
  • Identify market segments, customer needs, and changing market trends, and keep business owners informed

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
