Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Business Development Director to lead our growth and expansion efforts. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.">
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and support.">
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align client needs with company offerings.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.">
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to client interactions and sales activity.">
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.">
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.">
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues proactively, providing timely and effective resolutions.">
  • Ongoing evaluation and recommendation of new business opportunities to senior leadership.">

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field within the IT services industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including Software Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and AI. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Package:
