As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue potential.
- Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Motivate and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and improvement.
- Implement strategies to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive sales culture within the organization.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through research and outreach efforts.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
