About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to lead our agency performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying weaknesses and drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
