Job Summary

iTaap is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Regional Director team in the Commercial Property Consulting division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing regional business strategies, and overseeing market analysis efforts.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to set revenue targets and drive operational efficiency, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in a leadership or senior consulting role
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
