Regional Business Development Director

Lighthouse Learning Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Director to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and expansion in our region. As a Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve annual targets and defining the region's growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional business growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with management to define and implement expansion plans
- Create comprehensive business plans for new projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, competition analysis, and project cost estimates
- Negotiate and close deals with key owners, property consultants, real estate companies, and developers
- Interface with external parties to identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, and valuation work
- MBA or other post-graduate degrees in finance
- At least 5 years of experience in areas such as private equity, investment banking, management consulting, real estate investment management, or real estate development
- Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and presentation
- Experience in real estate valuation and investment management
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
