Job Description:
The Regional Business Development Director will be responsible for leading our regional sales strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage budget for regional sales operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
