  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members, promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and brand movement. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
