About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Growth Director. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on our business and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on increasing market penetration in institutions, ENT hospitals, medical colleges, and hearing aid centers within your assigned area. You will be responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and expense targets while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in selling, and a willingness to travel extensively. Additionally, you should have experience in generating new sales via cold calls and possess a Graduate or B Tech degree.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our compensation package also includes attractive benefits, such as bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive health insurance.
