Sales Manager

The Sanmax Technologies (P) Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing distributor relationships in a defined market area. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic business plans, promote Sanmax brand value, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Develop Strategic Business Plans: Create quarterly and annual business plans to achieve budgeted sales figures, leveraging market research and competitor analyses.
- Promote Sanmax Brand Value: Develop promotional strategies for regional events and promotions, working closely with marketing and tour departments.
- Build Strong Distributor Relationships: Foster sustainable partnerships with distributors, emphasizing Sanmax product value and support from the home office.
- Lead Sales Team: Collaborate with Market Representatives, Area Sales Directors, and Sales Analysts to drive sales growth and optimize sales practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A relevant degree in a field such as business, marketing, or management.
- Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
