The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the West India region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its trends.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the region. Key responsibilities will include:
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS
  • IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENT NEEDS
  • DRIVING REVENUE GROWTH IN THE REGION THROUGH EFFECTIVE SALES LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • MONITORING AND ANALYZING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) TO ENSURE OPTIMAL RESULTS

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES LEADERSHIP, WITH A MINIMUM OF 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE IT INDUSTRY
  • A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE IT INDUSTRY AND ITS TRENDS, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO STAY UP-TO-DATE ON THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES AND DEVELOPMENTS
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES ALIKE
  • ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND PRIORITIZE TASKS EFFECTIVELY, WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH LEVELS OF PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY
  • SELF-AWARENESS AND MATURITY, WITH THE ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES AND PREFERENCES
