Sales and Revenue Generation:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and revenue generation, with experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead a team of sales executives and managers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales and revenue generation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Salary: ₹60-80 Lakh per annum (dependent on experience).
