We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operational and business development initiatives in the LATAM region.

Job Description

The Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for formulating and implementing regional strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. This includes expanding market presence, reinforcing our company's position as a leader in the industry, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM. They will also possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to deepen connections and acquire new business.
  • Lead a high-performing team in the region, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and drive.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
  • Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
