We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales strategy and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target new market opportunities, customer segments, and key partnerships
- Create and manage a high-performance sales team through recruitment, training, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, educational institutions, and industry leaders
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
