Role Summary:

This senior-level position requires 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel sales. The job location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As the Senior Hotel Sales Director - Revenue Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our hotel properties
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive sales
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide training and guidance to maximize performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable deals
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
