About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth for our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales operations with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities and initiating action plans to secure new business.
  • Manage customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing the Strategic Sales Plan, conducting negotiations to achieve optimal profit and rates for the hotel.
  • Attend local events, networking with clients and maintaining high visibility for the hotel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
