Job Summary

This role involves assisting the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales proposals, and conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities. Key duties include scheduling appointments and meetings, updating client information, creating proposals and contracts, and monitoring sales reports while tracking overall sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales materials, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all arrangements are in place and exceeding client expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, maintain sales records, and prepare reports as required.
  • Culture and Experience: Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation within the team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Hospitality, Business Administration)
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
