Sales Director Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in a luxury hotel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets. This will involve working closely with the hotel's leadership team, as well as external partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy rates
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales leadership position within a luxury hotel environment
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

What We Offer
