About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, located in the heart of Worli, India's largest city. Our hotel is a chic urban oasis with an intimate, boutique atmosphere, offering unparalleled luxury and service.
Responsibilities:
- Sell our luxury resort to prospective guests and provide personalized information to ensure their satisfaction.
- Coordinate details of each reservation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in Reservations and/or Front Office, or High Volume Call Center environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency
Estimated Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
