  • Client Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential high-net-worth clients through targeted outreach and networking strategies, leveraging your expertise in luxury real estate.
  • Property Sourcing: Actively seek and evaluate luxury properties that align with client needs and market demand, staying up-to-date on market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Property Showcasing and Presentations: Coordinate property showings and prepare compelling presentations that highlight key features, showcasing the unique value proposition of each property.
  • Transaction Facilitation: Oversee transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that meets client expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in luxury real estate in South Mumbai, providing valuable insights to clients and the team.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies and promotional materials for luxury properties, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
