About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for attending to client phone call enquiries, validating client information, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to all client phone call enquiries received from various sources.
  • Validate client information and record it in internal databases.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to visit our experience centre.
  • Meet and greet clients upon their visit, and provide a tour of the centre if needed.
  • Coordinate meetings between clients and our sales team.
  • Follow up with clients and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all meetings and visits.

Requirements

  • Preferably a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of experience in client relations.
  • A proven track record of handling high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients in the luxury sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • PASSION and dedication towards client servicing.
  • A good listener and attention to detail.

Salary

INR 8,00,000 - INR 10,00,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards).
