Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and providing strategic recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Client Engagement Strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored engagement strategies to meet those needs.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and a customer-centric approach.
- Provide Strategic Recommendations: Analyze client data and provide actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Present Value-Propositions: Develop and deliver compelling value-propositions to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Prospect for New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years' experience in client relationship management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
