">We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Key Account Manager to drive our growth and success. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.">
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.">
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.">
- Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align client needs with company offerings.">
- Work effectively with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.">
- Provide constructive feedback to product teams regarding customer needs and product enhancements.">
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform account growth strategies.">
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to client interactions and sales activity.">
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.">
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues proactively, providing timely and effective resolutions.">
- Ongoing evaluation and recommendation of new business opportunities to senior leadership.">
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.">

Requirements:
">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within the IT services industry. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including Software Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and AI. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
">Compensation Package:
">We offer a competitive salary ($110,000 - $160,000 per year) and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.
