Job Title: Sales Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Ligne Roset French Luxury Furniture brand. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their furniture needs and providing recommendations that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
• Promoting sales of high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories through proactive engagement with customers and effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Guiding customers through the purchasing process, including explaining product features, pricing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure resolution to their satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking information and managing sales performance.
