Luxury Sales Director

Quarry Luxury Stones Private Limited is a leading luxury natural stone brand, celebrated for revolutionizing the marble industry in India. As a Luxury Sales Director, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales vertical, reporting directly to the Founder. This role requires a strategic leader who will ensure the smooth functioning of the sales team, drive revenue growth, and be accountable for the overall profitability (P&L) of the sales vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management experience, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and the ability to drive performance in a high-end sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function.
- C coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven 10 plus experience as Head of Sales or in a senior executive role within the luxury home decor or related industry.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
