The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in membership sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience driving growth and revenue in similar environments. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing targeted sales strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to drive member satisfaction.

As Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective members, ensuring seamless communication and prompt issue resolution
  • Developing and implementing effective sales tactics to achieve targets and exceed performance benchmarks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
