Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Spectra Hospitality Services, a leading hotel consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth and success in our prestigious Uber-Luxury club located in Lonavla.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase membership sales in the Lonavla market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Pune and Mumbai markets.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of the Lonavla market to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of proven success in membership sales.
  • Prior experience in club membership sales is essential.
  • A track record of establishing strong networks in the hospitality industry.
