Expansion and Growth Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business expansion efforts, driving growth, and establishing strategic partnerships for Volar Fashion.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong background in business development and strategy. As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives and goals.
- Expand Market Presence: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Negotiate Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including licensing, franchising, and wholesale.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, manage sales teams, and analyze sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹30 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs (approx.), depending on qualifications and experience.
