Senior Sales Director for Channel Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to spearhead the expansion of our indirect sales channels in India. This is an exceptional opportunity to join ekincare, a fast-growing health benefits platform.
About ekincareekincare is a Series B funded startup at the intersection of health & insure-tech. We target South East Asia's multi-billion-dollar corporate health benefits market, trusted by 100s of companies like LinkedIn, Nike, Netflix, Airbnb, S&P Global, and Dmart.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space.
- SIGNIFICANT AND RELEVANT B2B EXPERIENCE IN INDIRECT/ CHANNEL SALES WORKING WITH INSURANCE, BROKERAGE, AND TPA SECTORS
- DEMONSTRATED UNDERSTANDING OF INDIRECT SALES PROCESSES AND STRATEGIES.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO THRIVE IN A DYNAMIC, TARGET-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT.
- HIGHLY ARTICULATE WITH EXCELLENT BUSINESS COMMUNICATION (VERBAL AND WRITTEN) SKILLS AND PRESENTATION SKILLS SUITABLE FOR A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT
- WILLINGNESS TO ROLL UP THE SLEEVES AND DEMONSTRATE A 'GET THE JOB DONE AT ALL COST' ATTITUDE
