Channel Sales Director

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled Channel Sales Director to manage partners and drive sales revenue targets in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales value and volume targets through a network of channel partners, ensuring timely order booking and collection within budget and timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency levels of closing and walk-ins at assigned sites, tracking and monitoring progress.
- Create new channels for increasing width and depth of channel distribution pipeline, providing timely feedback on market dynamics.
- Liaise with stakeholders to improve individual site-level channel activities and customer experience.
- Foster strong channel partnerships within the region, acting as a critical link between channels and closure managers.
- Evaluate and optimize channel sales effectiveness at each site, developing robust customer walk-in mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done, recommending strategies for uninterrupted walk-ins.
