About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned channel partners, achieving sales targets, and expanding our global partnerships. You will represent our entire range of products and services to our partners, focusing on developing strategic alliances that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing Relationships: Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Sales Performance**: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Partner Planning**: Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones, aligning with our strategic goals.
  • Conflict Management**: Proactively manage potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent internal and external communication, adhering to strict channel rules of engagement.
  • Solution Development**: Drive solution development efforts that address end-user needs, coordinating involvement from all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Partner Compliance**: Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements, upholding our standards and expectations.
  • Program Adoption**: Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners, promoting our values and initiatives.
  • New Partner Recruitment**: Proactively recruit new qualifying partners, expanding our global network and opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or MBA degree with relevant experience of 5-8 years in Channel sales.
  • B2B & Channel sales experience in Ed-Tech domain is preferred.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
  • Experience in domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, reflecting the industry standard for a Channel Sales Manager position in Mumbai, India.
