Salary:The estimated salary for this role is ₹10-15 Lacs per annum, based on experience.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and Build Strong Channel Partnerships: Develop and maintain an extensive network of channel partners to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Negotiate Deals: Collaborate with channel partners to negotiate high-volume deals, ensuring the best possible prices and terms.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in our CRM system.
- Meet Revenue Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed revenue targets while managing margins to ensure profitability.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A proven history of success in sales, preferably in the CPaaS/SaaS vertical.
- Channel Partners Ecosystem Experience: Must have experience working within a channel partners ecosystem.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Business Acumen: Display a solid understanding of sales processes and business principles.
- Graduation Qualification: Hold a degree in BBA or MBA.
