Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors for our innovative SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage SI, VAR, and Distribution partners to drive sales and revenue growth for Saptang Labs' SaaS solutions.
  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive partner enablement and provide the tools, training, and support necessary for successful sales execution.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Channel Sales or Business Development, preferably in a SaaS company or related industry.
  • Expertise in managing and growing partnerships with SIs, VARs, and Distributors is essential.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute scalable partner programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
