Job Title: Business Development Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Channel Manager to join our team at Invokhr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with channel partners.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute business plans to acquire new channel partners and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiate deals with channel partners to secure high-volume sales agreements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:Channel Partnerships:
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners in the CPaaS industry.
  • Onboard and support channel partners to ensure seamless integration with our platform.
  • Negotiate contracts with channel partners to meet revenue targets.
Sales Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Meet revenue targets and manage margins to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the CPaaS/SaaS vertical.
  • Experience working with channel partners in the CPaaS ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Estimated Salary: 12-18 Lacs per annum based on experience.
