Job Description

As a Channel Strategy Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving channel strategy and devising a framework to ensure maximum geographical reach and business growth. You will work closely with commercial and finance teams to ensure financial health for the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to drive business growth and maximize geographical reach.
  • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to ensure financial health and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of regional channel managers and oversee their hiring, performance, development, and career planning activities.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure channel compliance with company guidelines and agreements.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in BSc/Commerce/Economics, master's degree in business administration (preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on sales and channel development.
  • Track record of achieving targets for AR collections, partner recruitment & enablement, and review performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business counterparts.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working in the field, with dealers and distributors.
